Community Love

Community Love is a Culture Kinesis LLC initiative that allows for early-career Black professionals to receive subsidized 1:1 coaching services through community contributions.

  • “For the past two years I have been healing my relationship to work and my purpose as I have transitioned out of abusive and toxic work environments to starting my own project that focuses on the intersection of movement, healing justice and cultural work.     As I start my own project, I am in deep need for mentorship and guidance to gain more leadership skills. This is the type of skill building and mentorship that I feel has been missing in my personal development as a young woman of color.

WHY IS MY CONTRIBUTION IMPORTANT?

High-quality leadership coaching is often financially inaccessible to non-executive professionals. This challenge is further exacerbated by lack of cultural relatability. Your contribution supports Black early-career leaders to access customized and culturally-aligned 1:1 coaching, which shapes their ability to develop an internal culture of authenticity and a commitment to leveraging their unique gifts to forward racial equity.

WHO IS AN IDEAL CONTRIBUTOR?

We seek contributions from community members - across identities and income levels - who believe in the importance of cultivating Black leadership. Culture Kinesis strives to demonstrate the impact of communities directly investing in the empowerment of other community members. Your contribution is a powerful show of solidarity whether you can give $5 or $500.

WHO BENEFITS FROM MY CONTRIBUTION?

Community Love beneficiaries are Black early-career professionals who have made a compelling case for why garnering support to develop their authentic self is critical at this juncture in their leadership journey. The next Community Love application cycle will launch in early 2023. Please check back for details regarding the formal process to be considered for a coaching subsidy.
