UNLEARN (February-April): Fulfilling our respective legacies requires that we unlearn the non-native ideologies that we have been indoctrinated into. In our first quarter, we will embrace unlearning as a critical component of individual and collective recovery.

EXCAVATE (May-July): The process of excavating something involves careful and systematic removal of that which covers or impedes it. In our second quarter, we will focus on excavating our most authentic selves and granting those selves permission to lead.

REIMAGINE + ALCHEMIZE (August-October): We can unwittingly become double agents for oppressive ideologies if we do not create countercultures. The "countering" process requires deep creativity. In our third quarter, we will become (re)acquainted with our innate selves and leverage them to reimagine a better future.

The Call-and-response team takes a hiatus each year from November through January.
